Cartagena Independence Day 2026: 11 November. Parades, concerts, beauty pageants and cultural events throughout the walled city.

Medellin Alumbrados 2026, 1 Dec–15 Jan. Millions of LED installations along the Rio Medellin draw five to eight million visitors each season.

Feria de Cali 2026 runs 25–30 December. Salsodrome parade, live salsa orchestras, and horse parades make Cali the world's salsa capital for six days.

Feria de Manizales 2027 runs 2–9 January. Parades, Coffee Queen Pageant, and bullfighting in Colombia's Coffee Region at 2,200m altitude in the Andes.

Cartagena Music Festival 2027: 9–17 January. Classical concerts in Cartagena's UNESCO-listed old city, one of Latin America's most distinctive music events.

Hay Festival Cartagena 2027, 23–26 January. Literary and arts festival in Cartagena's walled city, part of the international Hay Festival network.

Carnival of Barranquilla 2027, 6–9 February. UNESCO-listed carnival and the world's second-largest after Rio, with four days of parades and street dancing.

Semana Santa Popayan 2027, 21-28 March. UNESCO-listed Holy Week processions through the White City: schedule, hotels and tours.

Bogota International Book Fair 2027, 22 Apr–5 May. Latin America's largest book fair, drawing 500,000 visitors to Bogota's Corferias convention centre.
